Order Processing and Delivery Time
Once we receive your order, it is fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received before 15.00 GMT are shipped the same day. The orders received after 15.00 GMT are shipped the next business day. If you order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you confirmation and the tracking information so that you know when it will arrive at your destination. You will typically receive the items within 3-5 business days from the day of purchase.

To serve you best and in the fastest possible way we offer you our discounted shipping services provided through professional international freight companies. FedEx handles more than 90% of the orders. Shipping Costs
All orders above €120 ($150) are shipped for free. The shipping charges for orders below €120 ($150) depend on the order size and the shipping destination.
The necessary import duties and taxes will be paid before you receive your order, so there will be no need for you to pay extra costs.

Tracking of Your Order
When we ship your order we will send you e-mail with the FedEx Tracking number. You can use this number to follow the route of your package using thetracking option at FedEx.com.
You can use this number to watch the package as it makes its way to your doorstep.
Stock availability
We do our best to have all our products in stock and ready to ship at all times. Unfortunately, there are occasions when this is not possible and a product becomes backordered. If your order contains an item that is backordered, we will not ship your order until that item comes back in to stock. If your order becomes backordered, we will send you an e-mail notifying you for the expected delay in your shipment. ASN Global reserves the right to cancel backordered products if the suppliers cannot supply the requested goods for any reason.
Important Note
ASN Global reserves the right to hold or cancel any orders as long as the credit card number associated with the order is not charged. Our credit card processor World Pay verifies the authenticity of the credit card information you supply and checks whether the billing transaction is authorized by your credit card issuer. In case fraudulent credit card information is detected or the transaction is not authorized the order would not be fulfilled and will be cancelled.
