Minimum order

The minimum value of ordered goods is €40 ( $50 ). If your order is below this value the difference to €40 ( $50 ) will be added to the price you pay.

To receive the good price-quantity ratio, we advise you to place an order above €40 ( $50 ).

Credit card policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Laser. The credit card information you enter will be securely transmitted through internet. The validity of the credit card will be checked online at the instant of order placement by our credit card processor WorldPay.

Freight Policy

After placing an order at www.CartridgeOffice.com, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your order. All orders delivery is guaranteed in accordance with the policy of the freight company committing the delivery.

Prices Specifications

CartridgeOffice.com reserves the right to update prices, product specifications and policies at any time without prior notice.

Liability Policy

CartridgeOffice.com assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of consumables in any printer or fax machine other than the normal supplier warranties.

Cancellation Policy

CartridgeOffice.com organizes the shipments at the moment they are received. Due to this fact an order cannot be cancelled. In this case after receiving the product e-mail to the Customer Service a request for return procedure. Note that all freight charges in both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

Parts

Any part found to be defective upon delivery within the first 30 days of purchase may be returned. It must be returned in its original package. All parts will be carefully tested for the reason of the damage. For the return procedure contact the Customer Service.

Defective items

We will replace defective items within one year of the original shipping date. Warranty applies to supplies only and not to the printer used with the supplies. Depletion of ink is not covered by the warranty.
