1. I did not received order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you did not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact Customer Service to clarify whether it is received by Dyaxan.com or not.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of you order click “order tracking” button in the navigation bar. You will be asked to enter your order number, which you received in the order confirmation email.
3. What do the different order statuses mean?
- "New" - your order and your payment have just been received
- "Abandoned":
- you have placed an order but did not complete your payment, or
- some payment processors do not transmit back payment information to the website’s server but inform the merchants directly. If you have recently completed your payment but your order status is "abandoned" please check back in one business day
- "In Progress" - the items you have ordered are being prepared for shipping
- "Back Ordered" - one or more items from you order went out-of-stock and have been requested from the manufacturer
- "Completed" - your order has been processed and handed to the shipper
- "Archived" - your order has been delivered to you and the order information was archived for accounting and reference purposes
4. What happens if an item(s) I ordered have become out-of-stock?
We do our best to make sure that all the products we offer at Dyaxan.com are available ready to be shipped. However, due to the dynamics of the online trading, it might happen that an item becomes out-of-stock. If you place an order and one or more of the items are currently out of stock, your order goes into BACK ORDERED status. You will receive an email from our Customers Care team with the expected date of the availability of the backordered item(s). Note that your order will not be shipped until all items are available.
5. My order has been shipped. How can I track my package?
Select the "order tracking" button from the navigation bar and submit you order number. If the shipper provides online tracking service a “track” button will appear, which you can use to obtain information about the delivery of your package.
6. What is the difference between OEM, Compatible and Remanufactured Cartridges?
OEM Cartridges:
OEM is an abbreviation for Original Equipment Manufacturer. These manufacturers produce brand new, original replacement ink or toner cartridges for different brands such as Canon, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Sharp, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, Xerox, etc.
Compatible Cartridges:
Compatible cartridges are specially manufactured to meet (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications, manufactured by certified producers other than OEM. The cartridges are brand new, containing only new components and offer high-quality printing results. They are a cost-effective alternative to expensive name-brand cartridges.
Remanufactured Cartridges:
Remanufactured cartridges have been recycled to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. The recycling and reprocessing process involves disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, replacing worn parts, reassembling, and filling the toner or ink. Once the remanufacturing process is complete, the cartridge is then print tested, sealed, and packaged for resale.
7. Will the use of Compatible/Remanufactured cartridges void the warranty of my printer?
No, the use of Compatible/Remanufactured replacement cartridges does not void your Printers Warranty.

9. How to purchase from our store?
Purchasing in our store is on the whole similar to purchasing at a regular supermarket. First select your price set. This will lead you later to the order form with correct country listing. Then look for the product you need and add the product or group of products you have found to your Shopping Cart for further processing of the purchase.
After you have selected products and have begun processing your order by pressing "Check Out" button, you will be asked to fill in the Order Form. In the Order Form will provide the address at which you want the goods delivered and will pay with your credit card.
10. Is it save to transmit my credit card information through internet?
Yes, your credit card information is transmitted securely through internet and is kept confidential.
