In case you are not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason you may select to have the product to be replaced or to receive a refund of the purchased price, excluding the transportation costs.

CartridgeOffice.com guarantees that all products are working as intended and do not damage your printer. If the product is not working as intended we will replace it free of charge. Your warranty on the printer will not be affected whether you are using a compatible or an original cartridge.

Please note that our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order ASN Global, the company that owns and operates www.CartridgeOffice.com, will determine whether or not to fulfill the order. ASN Global may refuse or limit your order for any reason. You will be fully or partially refunded in case your order is accordingly refused or limited, and the payment you may have made is received at ASN Global possession.

ASN Global reserves the rights to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. Please note: The unconditional warranty covers one set of cartridges only! A set is one black and one color cartridge per printer model. If you purchase more than one set, please try only one to make sure you are satisfied before opening the others. Only unopened additional cartridges may be returned for replacement or refund.

If you wish to return the purchased goods you MUST inform our Customer Service via e-mail. Include your invoice number and the reasons why you want to return the item(s). You will receive instructions on how to proceed further.

We will replace defective items within one year of the original shipping date. Warranty applies to supplies only and not to the printer used with the supplies. Depletion of ink and physical damages, other that those that might occur during transportation, are not covered by the warranty.

If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail Customer Service, include full details of the problem and your invoice number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail. You must make your complaint as soon as possible after the delivery of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

CartridgeOffice.com organizes the shipments at the moment they are received. Due to this fact an order cannot be cancelled. In this case after receiving the product e-mail to the Customer Service a request for return procedure. Note that all freight charges in both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Return carriage is to be paid by you, and the goods must be in original packaging. You return the goods on your own risk.
